Indulge in the irresistible blend of savoury Aloo Paratha coupled with zesty tomato-garlic chutney for a taste sensation that is sure to delight your palate.
Begin the process by peeling the garlic, then roughly chop the tomatoes and grind them together in a grinder along with red chilies and salt. Remember to strictly avoid water and make a smooth paste. Keep the paste aside
Take a Kadai and heat some oil in it. Now, add mustard, curry leaves into the oil. Lastly, add the smooth paste you’ve made into the Kadai.
Cook it covered in medium flame for about 5 minutes. It is recommended to cook it until you can smell the garlic and the oil separates.
Take another pan and heat some oil. Add 1 Keventer ready to make Aloo Paratha into the pan. Remember to Flip frequently and press with a turner. Repeat with another paratha.
Serve Keventer ready to make aloo paratha with the tomato garlic chutney. Enhance the flavour by adding a touch of butter on top of the parathas.
