Dahi Puchka

With Metro Dahi, you can easily make Dahi Puchkas in a jiffy. Taste the sweetness of dahi, tangy chutney, sev and crispiness of puchkas in this recipe.

Directions

  1. To the Metro Dahi, add chaat masala, red chilli powder and black salt. Mix well to form smooth mixture.
  2. Arrange 6 puchkas on a plate. Make small holes in the middle of the puchkas using your index finger. (Be gentle & don't break them)
  3. Fill each puchka with mashed potatoes & onions. Add about a tsp of the green and sweet chutneys on top of the fillings.
  4. Generously pour 1 tbsp of the spiced Metro Dahi mixture into each puchka. Fill them with the Sev and garnish with onions and chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Serve immediately.

Directions

  1. Take a packet of Keventer Frozen Chicken Fingers. Fry or microwave them according to the directions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, break pretzel twists into small pieces to make antlers for each chicken strip. Fill the corner of two small plastic bags with mayonnaise and ketchup. Snip a tiny corner from each. Cut black olives with a drinking straw to make little eyeballs.
  3. When Chicken Fingers are cooked, insert pretzel antlers and bamboo skewers(optional).
  4. Pipe mayonnaise on for eyes and top with black olive circles. Add a ketchup red nose.
  5. Serve warm.

Directions

  1. In a bowl whip mayonnaise. Fry or Microwave 4 pieces of Keventer Cheese and Corn Bites.
  2. Butter the cut sides of the hamburger buns and toast them until golden. Transfer to a platter. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  3. Stack the burgers with tomatoes, lettuce leaves, red onion and two Keventer Cheese and Corn Bites. Close the burger buns.
  4. Serve Hot.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut Keventer Chicken Seekh Kebabs in half. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the Keventer Chicken Seekh Kebabs. Cover with mushrooms.
  3. Leave croissants in a rectangle (2 croissants) and press together so it won’t separate. Roll it over the top of the Seekh Kebabs and wrap under as far as possible.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet until golden brown and chicken is done through.
  5. Serve Hot.

Directions

  1. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet and heat.

  1. Add the ginger, cloves, honey to the water in a pan
  2. Then boil it on a low flame till the water reduces to ?
  3. Let the concentrate cool and pour it into a clean storage jar
  4. This concentrate can be refrigerated and stored for up to a week
  5. Now boil 2 cups of Metro Toned Milk
  6. Stir in the turmeric powder and turn off the heat
  7. In a glass or mug of your choice, add 2 tbsp of concentrate each
  8. Pour in the boiled turmeric milk and stir
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Take eggs in a bowl and beat them till creamy and fluffy.
  3. Add sugar to the batter little by little and beat again.
  4. Add vanilla extract, flour, salt, baking powder and mix well.
  5. Pour ½ cup of hot Metro Rich Milk into the batter and fold gently.
  6. Scoop it into a pan and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
  7. Remove and cool completely.
  8. Slice, serve and enjoy!

Kulfi

Packed with the goodness of Metro Rich Milk, saffron, pistachios and cardamom, you simply cannot ignore a yummy and nutty kulfi on Holi. Celebrate Holi at home with this Kulfi recipe, that will see you in good stead all throughout summers.

Directions

  1. Heat Metro Rich Milk in a wide bottomed pan and bring to a boil. Allow the milk to simmer on medium flame till it reduces to half its original quantity. Keep stirring in between.
  2. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and roughly chopped pistachios. Mix well and keep simmering on medium flame, till it further reduces. Turn off flame and allow to cool.
  3. Once cool, place the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours. (This helps reduce the formation of ice crystals during freezing process.) Place the empty kulfi moulds in the freezer to chill.
  4. Next, remove the mixture from the fridge and whisk it well and place the mixture in the freezer. After an hour, take it out and keep mixing with a whisk/ladle to agitate it. Again, place it back in the freezer.
  5. Remove it after 2 hours and again repeat the whisking process. At this stage, pour the whisked mixture into chilled kulfi moulds and close the lids. Place the kulfi moulds in the deep freezer and allow to set overnight or at least 8 hours.
  6. Once the kulfi sets, place the kulfi mould in lukewarm water for a few secs to help it unmold easily. Insert kebab or ice cream stick in the kulfi and serve chilled.
