Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Keventer Chicken Hariyali Kebab (300g)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Cups coriander leaves washed and roughly chopped
  • 2 Chopped green chillies
  • ½ tsp chopped ginger
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ to ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt

How to make Masala Keventer Chicken Hariyali Kebab with Green Chutney

    To get your Keventer Chicken Hariyali Kebabs ready for the recipe. You can do so with any of the following methods:

    Thawing: Take out the required number of pieces and place them in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Tawa Grill: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place the thawed chicken hariyali kebabs in the pre-heated pan and cook them for 3-4 minutes

    Oven – Place the thawed hariyali kebabs in a greased non-sticky oven tray and place in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 5-6 minutes

To prepare the green chutney

    Put in a blender the chopped coriander leaves along with all the other ingredients -

    2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp chopped ginger, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ to ½ tsp lemon juice and salt and blend on high speed.
