Eatsy Sweet Corn Butter Masala Bowl
Boil or steam Eatsy Sweet Corn until it becomes warm and tender.
Drain the water properly and transfer the corn into a bowl.
Add butter while the corn is still hot so it melts well.
Mix in salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and chaat masala.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and toss everything together.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve warm as a quick evening snack or side dish.
