Chicken Salami French Toast Melt
Whisk eggs into a smooth mixture and dip the bread slices, coating them lightly on both sides.
Heat butter in a pan and cook the soaked bread until golden and crisp on the outside while staying soft inside.
In the same pan, lightly sear the chicken salami until the edges curl and caramelise slightly.
Layer the salami and cheese between two slices of the French toast, pressing gently.
Return to the pan and cook until the cheese melts and binds everything together.
Serve hot, with a crisp outside and a rich, savoury center.
