Chicken Popcorn Gravy Toss
Cook the Keventer Eatsy Chicken Popcorn until golden and crispy.
Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.
Add sliced onion and capsicum, then pan-fry on high heat for 1–2 minutes so the vegetables stay slightly crunchy.
Add chopped tomato, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and cook until it forms a thick, glossy gravy.
Add a small cornflour slurry and stir until the gravy lightly thickens.
Add the crispy chicken popcorn to the pan and toss quickly until each piece is coated with the gravy.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot immediately.
