Creamy, slightly smoky, and packed with texture; this dip is an easy upgrade from the usual and perfect with nachos, crackers, or even as a sandwich spread.
Lightly roast or sauté the sweet corn until slightly charred for a smoky flavour.
In a bowl, take Keventer Metro Dahi and whisk until smooth.
Add garlic, salt, paprika, and lemon juice.
Mix in the roasted corn and combine well.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve chilled.
