Sizzling with aromatic spices, Masala Seekh Kebab made with Keventer Chicken Seekh Kebabs is a delightful appetizer in every bite, a fusion of flavours on a skewer, tempting your palate with its tantalizing aroma. Marinated minced chicken mixed with aromatic spices, onion, ginger-garlic paste, rolled into these kebabs.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Keventer Chicken Seekh Kebab (360g)
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup sliced onions
  • 1 Cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 3 Tbsp tomato puree
  • Fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • To garnish – coriander leaves

Method

How to make Masala Keventer Chicken Seekh Kebab

    First let’s get your Keventer Chicken Seekh Kebabs ready for the recipe. You can do so with any of the following methods:

    Thawing: Take out the required number of pieces and place them in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Tawa Grill: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place the thawed seekh kebabs in the pre-heated pan and cook them for 3-4 minutes

    Oven – Place the thawed seekh kebabs in a greased non-sticky oven tray and place in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 5-6 minutes

    Take a thick bottom pan and heat about 3 tbsp vegetable oil in it. Add onions in it and fry till golden brown. Add ginger & garlic paste and keep frying till the oil separates out

    Add crushed dried fenugreek leaves, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and all powdered masalas.

    Add salt to taste along with a little warm water

    Now add in the thawed Keventer Chicken Seekh Kebabs and let it cook for about 5 mins till the gravy boils to perfection.

    Now add cream and coriander leaves on top before serving hot with Keventer Parathas or rice, as you like it!
