An experienced lead architect, Stephen Coates has much experience across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, education, master planning and infrastructure-related projects, from concept design to implementation. With a focus on conceptualising original, exciting and deliverable architecture, Stephen has won numerous competitions from a University in Lisbon, Portugal to a 2 million square feet mixed use commercial development in Beijing.
Stephen is no stranger to Kolkata, and has designed over 1 crore square feet of development projects in the city, including the iconic Urbana, Altius, Crosswinds, Unimark Asia and many other projects across a period of over 20 years.
