Predrag Eror is the director of the renowned UK based design Company- Derby Designs. A structural engineer (MSC. ENG.), from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, he holds an experience of working worldwide across countries like United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia and Yugoslavia.

Predrag Eror has been associated with Derby Designs since 2006. Prior to this, he holds close to 30 years of professional experience of working with Meinhardt Dubai (Design Director), GHD, Dubai (Structural Design Manager), Meinhardt Singapore (Structural Design Manager), Wander Mir Bonsa Engineers, Australia (Senior Engineer), CPS&F Consulting Engineers, Sydney, Australia (Senior Engineer), West Process Engineering (Senior Engineer), Mashinoprojekt, Belgrade, Serbia, Kolubara Project, Serbia amongst others.

He has been in the role of an engineering team leader for major projects across Australia, South East Asia, Europe, Middle East and India. His portfolio includes large scale Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Retail Developments, Educational Facilities, Public buildings, Airports and related buildings, Industrial Superstructures, Metro and Railway Stations. Over the years he has built and trained an exceptional team of the engineers and draftsman capable of delivering efficient design in the required time frame.

Predrag Eror has design experience with super high-rise buildings, large span buildings using various structural systems (RC, Steel and Composite) and has worked with the most demanding architects and clients. His particular strength is in the design of the steel structures with practical and innovative design approach from concept to construction documentation stage.

AR. Sunil Maniramka, a 1993 graduate from the prestigious Bengal Engineering College presently known as IIEST, is the principal architect at Maniramka & Associates an architectural & interior design firm based in Kolkata.

Maniramka & Associates has completed over 585 projects across 13 towns and cities in India, Bhutan & Nepal, of various building typologies such as high rise apartments, residential complexes, auditoriums, schools, hospitals, factories, warehouses, commercial complexes, temples and bungalows. Their work has been regularly featured in reputed Architectural & Interior Designing Magazines.

The firm specializes in housing complexes and temples. Their project “Fortune Township” was awarded the best affordable housing project in India by CNBC Awaz in the year 2019.

AR. Sunil Maniramka is at present the Chairman of Indian Institute of Architects, West Bengal Chapter.
