Spicy Jhol Momos
Steam the momos until fully cooked.
In a blender, blend tomatoes, garlic, and red chillies with a little water to make a smooth paste.
Heat the mixture in a pan and cook for 3–4 minutes. Add soy sauce and salt to taste. Adjust the consistency with a little warm water to create a light broth.
Place the steamed momos in a bowl and pour the hot jhol (broth) over them. Finish with lemon juice and fresh coriander, then serve immediately.
