Seekh Kebab Keema Toast

Ingredients

  • Eatsy Seekh Kebabs
  • Thick-cut bread or sourdough
  • Butter
  • 1 egg per serving
  • Half a white onion, finely chopped
  • A pinch of red chilli flakes
  • Fresh coriander
  • A squeeze of lemon

Method

    Cook the Eatsy Seekh Kebabs until golden and crumble into a loose keema texture.

    Sauté onion briefly in butter, fold in the crumbled kebab with chilli flakes, and remove from heat.

    Toast and butter the bread generously, then pile the kebab mixture on top.

    Fry an egg to preference, place over the toast, finish with coriander and lemon, and serve immediately.
