Milk Suji Malpua
In a bowl, mix suji and sugar. Add Keventer UHT Milk gradually to form a thick, pourable batter.
Let it rest for 10–15 minutes so the suji softens.
Add a pinch of baking soda and fennel seeds, and mix lightly.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Pour a small ladle of batter to form mini pancakes.
Cook on medium heat until the edges turn crisp and golden brown. Flip and cook the other side till soft and cooked through.
Remove and serve warm — crispy outside, soft inside, just like a quick homestyle malpua.
