Milk Soaked Toast Bites
Cut the bread into small bite-sized squares.
Pour Keventer UHT Milk over them just enough to lightly soak — don’t drench.
Heat butter in a pan and sprinkle a little sugar.
Add the soaked bread pieces and cook on medium heat until they turn golden and slightly caramelised on the outside.
Flip and cook for another minute till crisp edges form.
Serve warm — soft inside, crispy outside, and lightly sweet.
