For a weary weekday evening when you get home from work and open the fridge to find only milk and corn. Here is a simple and comforting corn curry that is low in masala, light on the stomach and very tasty. You must try it at home and let us know how it went.
How to make spiced simmered corn
Grind coconut, green chillies, ginger and coriander together. Add to the boiled corn water.
Heat oil. Toss in mustard seeds, chopped onion and curry leaves.
Add the paste to the pan. Heat through. Add cooked corn, Keventer Metro Toned Milk and whipped Keventer Metro Dahi. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Serve hot.
