MManiramka & Associates has completed over 585 projects across 13 towns and cities in India, Bhutan & Nepal, of various building typologies such as high rise apartments, residential complexes, auditoriums, schools, hospitals, factories, warehouses, commercial complexes, temples and bungalows. Their work has been regularly featured in reputed Architectural & Interior Designing Magazines.
The firm specializes in housing complexes and temples. Their project “Fortune Township” was awarded the best affordable housing project in India by CNBC Awaz in the year 2019.
AR. Sunil Maniramka is at present the Chairman of Indian Institute of Architects, West Bengal Chapter.
